At SpecialtyCircuits LLC, we are proud of our collection of test equipment. Although some of them may seems very old secondary market purchase. They can provide a very unique testing scenario that are ignored in the modern digital era.
So here we go, some antique show.
- Tektronix 7104 with dual 7A19 and 7B10, 7B15 delaying time base.
- Tektronix 7854 digital storage oscilloscope with 7S12 sampling/TDR capability. Measurement up to 14GHz bandwidth
- LeCroy SDA11000. High bandwidth real-time oscilloscope capable of 6Hz/11GHz
- Tektronix 792 Spectrum Analyzer. Spectrum analysis up to 26GHz
- HP RF signal generator. 2-20GHz signal generator with ovenized crystal frequency reference.
- Preamble(LeCroy) DA1855A differential amplifier
This is the very last commercially sold traditional differential amplifier, with variable gain, bandwidth, built-in voltage source etc. No company sells differential amplifier anymore. The only ones left are the active differential probes. - Tektronix 7A13 differential comparator(amplifier)
This is the predecessor of Preamble DA1855A. The designer, John Addis, left Tektronix and later started Preamble. More history can be found at TekWiki. 7A13 had a bad name "Comparator". It confuse people to think this is a digital output device. It is a analog amplifier that can be used to compare two signal differentially. That is what "Comparator" means. - Tektronix 7A22 differential amplifier
This is the low bandwidth, high gain differential amplifier. With it, you can measure 40mV square wave with a 1000X high voltage probe. - Keithley xxx, Electrometer, capable of attoamp resolution.
- ADCMT 7480T 8.5 digit DVM. Fast 8.5 digit resolution measurement at 2SPS.
- Keithley 2636A Source Measurement Unit. Dual channel, capable of pA resolution up to 200V
- Agilent DS06104L
- Agilent DSO5014
- Tektronix TDS3054B with battery. Isolated measurement at 500MHz
- Vapor Phase soldering oven. Beautiful solder wetting for small volume production.
- Various other oscilloscope, signal generator, power supply, voltage source.
