Discrete Bipolar Linear Voltage Regulator
We are glad to announce that SpecialtyCircuits LLC will be offering a discrete linear voltage regulator build on Aluminum substrate.
Highlights:
- ±5V, ±12V and ±15V bipolar dual outputs or any value via custom order of minimum 5 pcs..
- 250mA output current limit.
- Very low noise reference grade Buried Zener sets the output voltage.
- Two voltage references, +5.000V and -5.000V are provided on the interface, suitable for less demanding precision application.
- Extreme low output impedance over wide frequency range, equivalent to 1 inch of copper wire.
- Excellent transient response, better than any single chip IC solutions. Less than 18mV deviation for a full load change +/-0.25A step response. Settle to ±1mV within 4 µs.
- Dimension: 38 x 56 mm (1.5 x 2.2 in). Maximum components height less than 5mm, except pin headers.
- Aluminum substrate PCB, single layer copper, no heatsink required at low load.

- Output voltage customizable either symmetric or asymmetric.
